Conjugated linoleic acids belong to the group of about 28 isomers of fatty acid found mainly in dairy and meat products derived from sheep. Their two double bonds, a terminal electron and a non-terminal are conjugated by another substance known as phytosterols. Phytosterol is a chain of triglycerides with a hydrogen atom at the center. There are six different types of fat-soluble vitamins present in the body: A, D, E, K, B and Zinc.
